When you make a purchase on the Rove store, we collect the following information:

• Minecraft username — used to deliver your rank to the correct in-game account.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or billing address. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.
• Order records — we store your Minecraft username, what you purchased, the amount paid, and the Stripe transaction ID so we can fulfill your order and handle support requests.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not collect your real name, email address, physical address, IP address, or any tracking cookies through the store. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on store pages.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver purchased ranks to your Minecraft account.
• To maintain order records for customer support and dispute resolution.
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax reporting).

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe to process payments. When you check out, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted payment page. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification. Your payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

5. Data Retention

Order records are retained indefinitely for support and accounting purposes. If you would like your data deleted, contact us on Discord and we will remove your records within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

6. Children's Privacy

The Rove store is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not make purchases without a parent or guardian's involvement.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
