Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on the Rove store are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital good (an in-game cosmetic rank) that is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.

Why No Refunds?

Because ranks are digital goods applied instantly to your Minecraft account, they cannot be “returned” once delivered. This is consistent with standard practice for digital goods across the industry.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund or credit at our sole discretion in the following situations:

• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.
• Your rank was not delivered within 24 hours and our team is unable to resolve the issue.

To request an exception, contact us on Discord with your Minecraft username and a description of the issue. We will review your case within 48 hours.

Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback (disputing a legitimate charge with your bank) will result in your rank being revoked and your account being permanently banned from the Rove server. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us on Discord first so we can resolve it directly.
