1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from the Rove store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase. You must be at least 13 years old to use this store. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
2. Products
The Rove store sells digital goods — specifically, cosmetic in-game ranks for the Rove Minecraft server. Ranks are tied to the Minecraft username you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter the correct username.
3. Delivery
Ranks are delivered to your Minecraft account after payment is confirmed. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases. If your rank has not been applied after 24 hours, contact us on Discord for support.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for providing an accurate Minecraft username. Rove is not responsible for ranks delivered to the wrong account due to an incorrect username entered at checkout. We cannot transfer ranks between accounts.
6. Server Availability
Rove is a community project. While we strive to keep the server running, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Purchases are non-refundable in the event of server downtime, maintenance, or discontinuation. Ranks remain valid for the lifetime of the Rove server.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Attempting to exploit, chargeback fraudulently, or abuse the store or its products may result in your rank being revoked and your account being banned from the Rove server without refund.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify rank perks, pricing, or these terms at any time. Changes to terms will be posted on this page. Changes to rank perks will be announced on our Discord server. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rove is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the store or its products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
